Guarantee Policy

We're so confident in our program and what you'll be learning that we're willing to put our money where our mouths are...
If you work with us for the next 90 days and you don't make at least $10,000 in revenue after applying what you have learned from this program, then you can request a refund.
In order to receive your refund, you must do the following:
  1. Complete the Client Conversion Academy program. Our membership site keeps track of this for you and will be used to determine if you completed the course. You must complete all of the Training Videos with the exception of Phase 6: Turbocharge Your Business With Paid Advertising.
  2. Participate in the Conversions Inner Circle group and weekly calls for 90 days. The group tracks participation and the history will be searched to see if you were reaching out with any questions and applying what you've learned. You must attend at least 20 out of 24 of the group calls and be asking questions and seeking feedback in the Facebook group and Inner Circle Slack channel.
  3. Actively apply the principles and techniques that are taught within The Program. We will request proof that you're actually taking action on what is taught in The Program as that is the only way to get results.⠀
On day 91 after purchase, if these three conditions are met, then you may request a refund.
Please note, this refund policy is a courtesy to you and is not required by law. Our refund policy is clearly stated in all sales presentations and marketing materials. It is also clearly displayed on this page, which is linked to on all order forms for our products and services.
We make NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
If you email or call in complaining about this trying to get us to make an exception, your request will be denied.
Once we send you a notification on how to receive your refund, we will stop communicating with you on the topic unless you provide the required material above to receive your refund.
Please note the final refund decision is up to Conversions discretion. We truly believe in our products and techniques. We've found the students who put in the work get the results. We don't reward laziness or incompetence.
Example 1: If you join Client Conversion Academy, don't complete the Training, don't turn up for the Live calls and don't put in the work, then request a refund, your refund request will be denied.
Example 2: If you join Client Conversion Academy, complete the Training, turn up for the Live calls, ask questions, seek feedback, put in the work and still haven't made $10,000 in 90 days, the team will review your case. Upon review, if your case qualifies, we will offer feedback and personalized coaching for your specific situation and/or your money back.
Bank Chargeback Abuse Policy:
You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to any purchase and instead abide by the refund procedures outlined above. In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution in our favor of the chargeback by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA or MASTERCARD, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in our discretion in good faith.
In the event that a chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing and in our sole discretion. The information reported in accordance with international and local laws includes name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible to use (any of) your credit card(s) on future purchases with us and other merchants.
Here's a harsh truth about life:
If you don't take action, that's on YOU. It's not our responsibility. We can't come to your house or office and do it for you. (Unless you want to pay us $10k per day consulting fee... in which case, feel free to email us)
See, everyone wants a guarantee from someone else. But you aren't willing to make a guarantee to yourself.
The way we've set up this program means YOU are responsible for your success. We fully believe in our teachings and will do everything on our end to give you the tools you need to succeed.
We'll give you the wood and the saw. But you have to cut the pine yourself.
